Conflict is an inevitable part of relationships and one of the most painful experiences if not managed with awareness and compassion. Unfortunately, during heated arguments, overwhelmed by emotions, people tend to shift their focus to other people's injustices and the pain caused by them.

Those who are brave enough will turn inward and realize that others have only injured an internal wound that already existed, and this because they are bleeding deep inside too.

In fact, every conflict is just a reminder that everyone carries a heavy cross.
